I recently placed an order with Pro Flowers. I never got the credits they promised and after two days, I contacted them thru trial pay. They replied that it was their mistake and that I would received my credits in 3 to 5 days. The very next day, I received another email stating that their advertising department said I did not meet the criteria for credits. The only criteria I knew about was what was written on their advertisement. Now, they will no longer answer any questions I have. I recommend that no one buy any thing from them. They do not honor their agreements.
