    Hi i signed up for the 888 casino deal through wgt to recieve free credits yesterday , i deposited £20 and bet it but i still havent recieved my free credits on here? Any ideas? Thanks

    Hi

    I have had numerous problems like this - however it was only when i started attaching a screenshot of proof that i started getting credits owed to me. In fairness to wgt they do ask for some proof where applicable and i resolved 4 issues last week for credits not received!

    Since WGT does not have any information regarding your survey participation, all matters about surveys must be taken up with the survey provider. Sometimes they take a while to respond to support requests, but they usually do and they usually correct the mistake.
