and none of my members are playing any tourneys or reading the forums
How do I make this more successful
Be the owner and set the standards for continued membership. Let it be known what you expect up front. Set up regular weekly/monthly events that require participation and you will find out who is interested in sticking around and being a real member. Find yourself a Tournament Director, someone that wants to help. Keep the line moving and your members won't get bored or disinterested. It's work and you have to be somewhat of a hardass sometimes but members will respect you for your efforts and enjoy participating. GL
