My advice is don't over-think it.

This is good advice.  I think I look just in front of the ding line and click when the moving bar gets there.  I say think because it's become second mature, I just do it without thinking about it at all, so I can't be 100% sure that's what I do.

I follow the meter halfway, then let the eyes jump to the ding point.

I don't move the mouse in between.

    I knock my head "1 - click"

I try to be concentrated but relaxed. Trying hard to win a hole with a straight putt makes me miss the ding more than anything else.

Do you know what the DPI switcher on the death adder is for??

    Thanks in advance :D

Bubba is right about the system placing your mouse click into a queue and processing it based on the priority the system gives it. A mouse with an adjustable polling rate like the Razer Death Adder i use can be set as higher. To those of us who aren't so technical basically setting the polling rate higher is telling the system " Hey my mouse has priority over everything else" making the system process your mouse click sooner.

LOL @ Alosso. I used to use that all the time in programming forums.
