Less is MORE....Get rid of the caddy. All he does if make newbies lose all the balls possible. Useless ball sucking add on for the pro shop.

Here's a new one! I just finished playing a CTTH game. I had a shot about 201 yards into the wind. The caddy suggested my 195 club. I took out my 210 club and adjusted for the wind. I hit it 205 and dinged it and the ball only went 109 yards. Have fun figuring that one out! LOL

Anytime you feel that a shot may be off, please submit a bug report.

    To submit a report:

    1. Right-click the screen while the game window is open.

    2. Select the option "Submit this problem to WGT" on the menu displayed.

    3. Describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.

Without these reports it is more difficult for us to resolve any issue on your account and for the game in general. Therefore, it is recommended that you always file in-game bug reports and include as much detail as possible, the more description the better. Please keep in mind that you will not receive individual replies to in-game bug reports unless we need more information from you at which point you will be contacted directly.

I don't believe the game is rigged to make you lose balls.  The caddy is a moron but that's not his fault, it's just how he was programmed.  You absolutely have to check what shot/club he's given you, almost every shot.

As to the game robbing us of balls I can't remember the last time I had a big WTF? moment and lost one.  I drop the odd one in the water at Congressional but 99% it's when I miss the ding on either #6 or #18.  I seriously can't remember the last time I went OOB.

Maybe there are players who get screwed, losing balls even when they play perfect shots.  Nobody can know what goes on with someone else's game, I can only base my arguament on what I see on my screen.  And that's that a badly set up or executed shot will give a bad result.  If I play what I know is a great shot the result is almost always great.

There are many who will claim this is because I buy credits with real money and have the best (most expensive) gear currently available to me.  They will claim WGT only messes with you if you don't continue to feed them the mighty $.     It seems as if Courteney gets on fine with the game and she doesn't use real money.  Do you wear a tin foil hat to block those VEM waves WGT is beaming down to you?

I like to play the game, i play daily (for the most part), & sometime it "Does feel" like i was robbed of a ball or have a bad round cause' i used a Pass. The "caddy's" AI  only sees the yardage & wind & unlike us, not out of it's proverbial line of sight. It's not it's program, ironically its our interactivity w/ all the cam views, that makes its AI off. I often forget to change the spin, or i forgot to change a cam angle while trying to shape a shot &t hats My/Our fault .

i have never bought credits here on wgt, cause' i haven't yet gotten the nerve (slim pockets), although I use credits to buy balls & club upgrades & that does help you w/the game, in every way.  Although surveys stink i need credits so i can lose more balls!

Why the heck would you use a driver out of 30% buried lie. You are better off using a hybrid or three wood metal, instead of a driver out of that lie. I never trust my caddy or w.g.t. for that matter.

Happens to all of us at one time or another. You hit the scroll wheel changed your club to one of your wedges and didn't notice until your shot ended up woefully short. I have done that hitting one of my wedges off the tee on a par 5.
