Because you are to ignorant to learn anything, These complaints are legitimate and if this site had a clue about customer service and tried to do something to appease the people who have experienced these problems and lost credits , ball hits, as well as xp points when the game freezes. Several of my friends had a green completion percentage and due to the game freezes and disconnects and the message, you lose because you did not return in time. I was playing an Alternate *** game, not more than an hour ago and it happen to me again, I refresh and was back in less then 20 seconds. As far as I'm concerned, all of this is hog wash from this site, and just another means of ripping it's members off for profit. Not to mention the VEM, had a 2 .7 foot putt up hill up zero, I putted for 4.5 feet, my ball rolled right up to the hole and stopped, You call that a glitch, My @ss, VEM'd again, and again.
