Later tonight we will be making some upgrades to the way incoming messages will be handled.  We are making these changes in hopes to provide quicker response times, handle reoccurring issues faster, and specify nation member emails with greater accuracy.

We have been testing the new system out and are very pleased with the results and feel that this will bring the customer service to another level.  However because of this change, over the next couple of weeks you may see some glitches with responses and longer wait times with emails.  As with any new program there may be some things arise that we weren't able to predict.

So thank you for bearing with us as we make this transition.

Not for this no.  WGTicon handles the downtime posts.  Tonight there won't be any downtime for sure though.

Too little, too late. What I see is you announcing more bells and whistles but nowhere do you indicate that WGT personnel will be any more sympathetic or willing to go to bat and represent your customers any better than the poor way I've witnessed for the last 6 years. Or deliver any actual improvement in game play. Or deliver courses as promised. Or an end to hiding in a black hole instead of keeping the customer better informed on such matters.

Hey you get to talk to Mr.Wgt for only 100000 credits or so, isn't that sympathetic? (or pathetic I get confused). Secondly, they ignore everyone with the same zeal, no prejudice there. So have a drink or two and the jumpy meter, the stutters, and "glitches" won't bother you as much..
