Depends on what active means to you. There are plenty of active CC's to choose from. My former CC EAST COAST is very active .
Qitters Not Welcome my current CC. The People Club etc etc....You can look at CC's member listings and see how often people play within the CC as well.
Personally I think it is better to play against friends daily regardless of what CC they are in.
