  I found this to be a glitch.   Click on appearance = ok,    click on upload your own photo = ok,    click on browse = nothing.    Investigating, I moved the arrow 1 block to the left  (the empty one) and it says "no file selected" = wrong.    I clicked in that and got the results I was looking for.   Browse came up and I was able to complete my new profile picture.  --  just dandy

  I just changed mine with no problems. Maybe it is a browser issue.

  Yes it is a browser issue. With Chromed based browsers it works just like it is supposed to but with firefox based browsers it is like you said in your post above.

  uhhhhhh i am using Google chrome and it still will not let me upload a photo i had previously uploaded.

  Edit: i tried again to reload the picture, i uploaded it and it still would not so i clicked on the  file and it went blank, when i tried to upload a different pic, it went to the pic i was having trouble loading. Has to be a wgt glitch as i was unable to upload from maxthon browser either
