We have been getting a lot of reports of players not being able to update their profile pictures. Unfortunately the reports we have gotten haven't been to detailed. So if anyone is having the same problem, please can you give us a detailed account of what is going on so we can try and get it fixed.

I'm having the same problem with photos. I've even put photos in that I know for sure worked before, but same result. So I sent in a "repair order". I hope I didn't do something wrong.

Same here i had a photo that i had loaded before that now when i try to upload it the browser slows to a crawl then it times out.
