So...there I am on the final hole of my tournament game, hit the putt, standard pause making it seem the shot is good...and I get the message my time for the tournament has expired, my score won't be entered. Credits lost, tournament over, 32 ball strikes for naught.

    And you want more money???

Who is responsible for your late finish, except you yourself?

Like the fella trying to get to work in the morning's rush hour traffic & going to be late for work.....it's the traffic's fault.......if only he had left a earlier.....well ya know........

edit...got caught by the time limit once before & learnt from it (dem da rules)......never happened again nor felt the need to air it in the forums.....

    :-)

Even if you'd started with one second to go until the tournament finishes it would still let you reach the last putt before telling you that you were too late. It's just the way that the game works.

Always look at the time remaining so you will have an idea how quickly you have to play to beat the time limit. If it is going to be close either don't play or buy a speed boost and use it. You can't blame WGT for your own mistake.

Last week I needed to finish the weekly  single play 9 hole  tourney in slightly under 25 minutes. I knew it ended at 2:00 AM my time and it was 1:35 AM.

I activated one of the Speed up boosts that WGT gave us a few months ago and finished the round in a little over 23 minutes. A little over a minute to spare. Had I not had a Speed Up Boost I would simply withdrawn.

What is going on with WGT. I played three games this morning and each time the game times out on the 18th hole and my score is NOT saved. Has the system been hijacked?

Clarification: each time, I finished my game. On the third game it said I got the Long Putter Award, and then disconnected.  Then when I tried to log out it said "Are you sure you want to log out, you still have a game in progress." What????
