Did they respond to you at all? You should of received an email to verify they received your request then a second email from a CS Agent to discuss your issue. If they have not replied to you, please fill out another support ticket with them. If they do not answer you again, please fill one out with us and we will contacts them for you. If you do need our help with this, please include the Case # you are given in your confirmation email when you 1st submit your ticket .
