  I somehow lost 600 credits. I didn't buy any equipment or anything else. How do I find out about this?

  Click on your account to try and trace it, if you can't then E-mail WGT and ask them to look into it.

  check out account  - transactions then contact customer support if any thing seems out of ordinary

  Certainly nothing shows in your profile, so as stated, check your account and if still in doubt email customer support.

  Just wondered if you may have mistakenly played a MPC or got duped by the HIO challenges - but your account will have details.

  Failing all the above, look in the lost property box, they are an honest bunch around here:)
