This is a course near where I am. Always one of the best rated courses in NC, usually right behind Pinehurst #2. It is similar to Wolf Creek. Seems like it would be easier for you guys to recreate courses like this, since there is very little to worry about outside the fairways. Anyway here's a link to it...
