I`ve never had to do any cleaning in the past. Today I lost connection at about 12:45pm UK time. I kept trying until 3 pm. Got in briefly but the got disconnected after a few minutes. Reported this to WGT. Sent about 6 e-mails so far. I tried again at 6pm and site connected straight away. Now been on site for 55 minutes. It must be a time related fault for UK users.
