What happened to email to me(club owner) of a member leaving?

Often a member accidently hits quit button, so I like to ask if they want a re-invite. I also like to thank them for their time in CC, wish good luck with their future and tell them they are welcome back.

    90% of them accept re-invite.

As CC owner this was a great tool. It is really hard to figure who left with over a 130 members. Does anyone know what happened?

    Cheers, Surfy.

I had to use a different e-mail address to get them back. It might be worth a try.

    hi

that could be an issue, so I would first try another email and see if that fixes it.

It has been at fault here for about 11 months now, me thinks since they introduced the detailled buttons for the different mails. There have also been several reports of different users here.

Since then, I get not tournament mails, not CC member related mails, no strokeplay challenge mails. Short cure with a different address but only for a week or so.

Customer Service case [ ref:_00DA0YUqj._500G0CHb87:ref ] has been open for almost 10 (!) months now, no solution, no answer.

Two good laughs on the way:

    1) In April, I asked CS to tell me the name of a member who had left my CC (noticed the number dropped but received no mail). CS answered to WGT Case number 00326039, "If you are able to discover any evidence of the name of this player, I would be more than happy to investigate further." Huh?

    2) On the same day, April 18th, WGT's Mr. Shoe announced to re(!)send me every necessary information which I had never received before, promising "I will make sure it gets out today." Apparently, April 18th is not yet over in his office, or "nothing" is sufficient client care - I received nothing, and the promise is still pending.

Now you know why I talk about "promises and hopes" and of CustomerUnService.

How do I do that? Do I have to drop original email? I have 275 saved emails that have info that is important - would hate to lose that!

Thanks for helping..."here is my latest reply to thread"

"Thanks for trying but I still get no notification of members leaving! For instance, yesterday I had 134 members. This am I added 2 members. My total however is only 135 now. So someone left!

More often than not someone accidently quits my CC. I have no way of knowing who did so, so I cannot extend a re-invite.

I get notifications of players joining.

What can be done? Thanks for your continued efforts to help. Surfy

Just open another e-mail account. Most ISP's let you open several or open one with someone like g-mail or Yahoo. Then put that address in the space on your account page, via your account button.

Using another mailaccount is not a solution but just another user's workaround of WGT's problems.

And, if you read the thread in detail, it helped me for not more than a week. After that, the messages disappeared again.

Do you expect me to utilize another mail account every week (52 accounts per year to be installed and maintained by myself) just to cope with WGT's programming faults?

I refuse them this kind of service.
