As everyone else has said,get your average down a bit more..you'll get there.
For what it's worth,though,enjoy TP tier as long as you can and don't be in a hurry to tier up..the game only gets harder at Master and beyond.You're moved back another tee,all your shot angles change as does the way you play every course..basically,your game is gonna go into the crapper until you sort it all out. Right now,with your G20 and even with the starter 3W you're using,you're probably on the green in two on almost any par 5..that won't be the case from the master tees,I can assure you.
You're also going to have to do some gear upgrades to handle the increased distances.In your case,you're gonna need at least a new 3W,better wedges and better balls,and of course there's the time involved in sorting new gear out as well,so there's going to be many many times you'll wish you could go back to the pro tees once you hit Master. You might also want to ditch the 3H and go with 3 wedges instead of 2..a 56,60 and 64. With your Bladez,once you upgrade your 3W,you'll find you don't need a 3H anymore.
