I visited the pro shop a few minutes ago with the intention of buying a course notebook, and it's gone! Where did it go?

It has some serious design flaws. Hopefully they pulled it off to fix it before they resume selling it..

Other items disappeared this morning, too. The new Nike irons all disappeared from the "clubs" tab and have to be accessed through the "brands" tab right now. Hopefully they find enough programmers who aren't hung over from Friday night Christmas parties to fix things quickly.

Entries can only be typed in single player games. WGT claims to use it in multi-player games would slow the game too much. Seems they don't quite understand what a shot clock is.

Be aware, too, that in CTTH you must type your entries BEFORE you hit the shot. Once the shot is hit and the score records the game moves on and you cannot get back to that page in the book unless you use a mulligan or play the hole again in another round.

The same applies to any shot holed in stroke play. Entries must be keyed BEFORE you hit the shot, whether it be a putt or any other shot that goes in the hole.

Some of the design flaws I was referring to.
