I have noticed that wgt does not give many options for xp anymore. I would think there should always be ways to gain
Have you tried playing more games?
2 or 3 stroke play games with full bonus xp's a day will give you 2000 points.

Perhaps he's speaking about "WGT recommends" in the game window?
This XP option ends at some point, leaving spaces without XPs.
