That's some pretty wild stuff! Are you sure you're not playing the miniature golf course that comes with this site. And remember, the windmill hole can send your ball right back at you!
hrroach... all joking aside, if all that is really happening then I agree, there are problems. Just can't say that any of that has happened to me. I play mostly on "very fast" greens.
This sounds like a lagging problem. Often when your computer is lagging the ball will appear in different places then where it really is. I have played tiger woods pga tour for many years on the xbox360 console and when an online game has lagging in it you will see all the above things you mentioned. As for this game I have never experienced that though.
