  Hey everybody,

  I'm dying to make this game my new vice, but after countless tries I can only get the game to load to 36% completion on the lesson tee. I have yet even to hit my first practice ball. Admittedly, I'm not at all computer savvy, but I've tried three different browsers, and I seem to fulfill the system requirements. Could anyone please help me pop my WGT cherry?

  Hi Ian :)

  Having problems loading typically means that you need to clear your flash and browser caches. If the caches become corrupted or unreadable you'll experience what you have described.
  
  Please have a look at this news article about clearing your caches (http://www.wgt.com/news/archive/2010/03/09/have-you-cleared-your-cache-lately.aspx ) and make sure you are performing regular maintenance on your system.  Any time you're having prolonged loading times or load manager errors this should be the first thing you try.  It's also a good idea to clear caches when we release a product update.

  It might be more than that. He hasn't played at all. Flash settings and browser settings will also cause headaches.

  Cookies need to be enabled, pop-ups need to be allowed and the Global Flash setting for WGT.COM should be set to 1MB. (If you're getting the Play screen then the pop ups are ok.)

  Also, Ian, this game plays much better in Chrome or Firefox browsers.
