  Was playing a round of matchplay challenge when I was winning 5up before server dropped me out and timed me out. I lost my game and money and wondering how can I get my credits I lost and won back.

  You can contact them via the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page. It could have been a problem with your internet though. No offence meant.

  Most likely a problem with his ISP. I was getting several disconnects last night. Something I never get by the way. On the last disconnect when I restarted my browser it took me to my router dashboard. There was an error message there saying my router saw my modem but was not getting any data from it. I tried a few times to restart my modem and got the same result. Saying there may be a wiring problem. I had no internet connection for over 4 hours. Seems that my ISP went down and it took them that long to get it back up and running. So people your disconnects may not be WGT's fault.

  Hmmm   lol  I wonder if no internet connection gives you this screen? But seems my internet works great everywhere else. Very very fast also. Got fix for this one?

  How you get this screen with no internet connection? Anyone got a fix for this.... please speak up. Having this issue since last downtime. I wonder who's fault this is?  ;)
