  By chance I noticed that WGT's top item, the Custom WGT Avatar (500,000 crs in the Elite shop) has been locked. From the text on top of the Elite shop I see that verification might be necessary to make it available.

  I understand this for real world items like hats, gift cards and real golf rounds, but why the (virtual) avatar and not the virtual Custom Bag (300,000 crs) nor the real MisterWGT phone call (100,000 crs))?

  Any ideas?

  I believe it has to do with the price.  If you are going to purchase that many credits they want to verify that the card is not stolen or something like that.  If you won the credits, I believe they just want to make sure the wins were legit.

  I believe it has nothing to do with the price or whether the credits were won legitimately.

  To cut to the chase, no suckers had bought into the idea of a phone call, and the programmers found that locking it is easier than deleting it (by deleting it these buffoon, oops programmers will no doubt cause more problems than it would solve).

  So I have a question for the mods. How many people actually purchased this Chat with MisterWGT?

  Ok I forgot, you cannot discuss anything that relates to the business,but I imagine there would be more chance of me making it to level 150 than anyone buying this "bargain bin item"

  I agree about the given "reasons", that's why I ask again.

  But, the phone call is NOT blocked, together with the bag. Golf trips are blocked - reasoning understandable if true because it's RW value.

  Thus, why block the avatar and not the bag?

  Once again I can't understand spending time worrying about something so insignificant. If you could have WGT fix 3 things at your request with immediate effect, would this be one of them?

  I don't understand why you chime in - again! - in their place, and, after declaring the subject irrelevant in the first case, now escalate the off-topic defense by getting personal with "waste of time". It's my time, you know, and if this is insignificant then you are wasting yours as well!

  It makes me think: Perhaps your connection to the company is more than a user's(?), or it is an item of national importance to you because I'm a foreigner?

  Or are you a follower of WGT's argument that fraud exists (huh?) and must be battled if it amounts 500,000 crs but not if only 300,000?

  Back to topic:

  It might be interesting to ask about the details of this custom avatar. Which design opportunities are given, perhaps a prototype should be shown?

  We do not even know if a hat would be possible?!?
