  I have a driver that dont use anymore have person I want to give it to. Can I gift my older driver to him

  No. We can only gift from the pro shop and sell back to WGT our clubs we no longer want.

  You don't have a driver, it's not your own.

  It's but a license to use a code snippet or a "characteristics" set, and WGT just is generous enough to take it back for 25%.

  The license agreement excludes to pass it on to anybody else.
