  Today I was playing at Pinehurst on this long par 4 585yds hole.

  After 2 shots I was 99yds and hit a perfect shot in to the hole ( I removed the flag pin first)

  but somehow the ball bounced out of the bottom of the hole and went in to rough.

  I have never seen anything like this in real life but here on wgt I guess any bs is possible.

  So maybe wgt starts doing its job and fixes this glitch.

  FWIW- it happens in real life too. Not often, but it does happen.

  If you'd left the pin in it would probably have stopped the ball escaping. I've had a ball drop and come out again on a real course a couple of times.
