Yessir, done and done a while ago. I also was able to get closed results to load and get the tourn # so it appears it is being worked on. Imagine they will sort it in a day or so. Hopefully sooner, but long as it's got someone on it.
That reminds me, I wrote in one of the messages I sent in how, in certain situations, it might be more helpful to WGT if they sent some info out just saying we're aware of the problem and it should be running normally very soon.
That would result in them getting far less mail on it, which only takes from their time because they have to at least look at it, even though they know what it's about, most likely. I know I wouldn't feel the need to post here or submit a ticket if I knew they were on it. Heck, even if they really weren't on it! lol
