    i was playing matchplay with pbusch i got disconnected and try to get back , i could not. Lost money because of WGT.

    Pay back my 100 credit eh

    you... are alway's try'n to show how smart you are....

     

    you should know ...to contact WGT ... email... not just BLURT it out in an open forum ...then expect a majic geenie to appear..an refund ya 100 louzy creds..

    Do what Pbusch told you to do on your wall Alex!!! Contact wgt support to get your credits back. Creating another useless post will not get your credits back. 

    Aren't you smart enough to know wgt does not really do customer service in the forum. lmao. 

    You can't play and your a knob :)

    Whining aside.... Did WGT actually put 100 credits back into your account?

    If so, screen shot it and post the message in here. I'd like to see what it says as far as why you were given the 100 credits.

    So i got refunded. It say adjustment. Yep i am whining...its fun.

    Reimbursing you for lost credits due to a disconnect would set a very bad scenario up for WGT.

    If they did... someone made a very big mistake.

    if you can't rejoin game , then it is daylight robbery. Game is always allowed to rejoin now due to bug in WGT , no one can rejoin if they disconnected for any reason.  So it  is WGT fault. They must refund. 

    If you refuse to rejoin then its forfeit , then WGT should not give you money. As long as issue is with WGT , WGT should pay back even 1 credit. :)
