  I jsut saved my 80 foot arcing putt in match play game. Boom screen froze. Then i closed browser and restarted to rejoin. Screen shows up and goes immediately to new game and reinviting same person. Also subtracted my credit. 

  This is going on for a while now. Any interruption in game , your credit is gone. I send email to wgt support , lets see.

  So do not close game or internet disconnection or save replay in match play , you will not be able to rejoin

  Good info to know, were you actually able to save the putt? Or did it not save and boot you + take your credits?

  That is quite unfortunate. Hope you get those credits back, that's not cool at all.

  Good post! Very useful and could help some folks some credits and irritation when in the same situation.

  Alex, surely you are not insinuating there is a bug in this game? 

  This game runs perfectly all the time, every time and any error is a direct result of user error, such as failure to clear caches.

  No refund yet....may be i need to send nasty email to wgt support now. 100 credit is 100 credit. 

  There is no user error here.  

  1.WGT error. screen froze when u try to save replay

  2. Rejoin screen show up for 30 milli second and revert to join page and subtracted my money.

  If they do not return my credit i assume WGT running a scam.

  After 4 email to customer support , they paid my lost credit. It should n't be this long though. May be lots of people complaining and they do not have people to check i assume
