WGt resembles real golf because like real golf, you will get out of the WGT virtual golf what you put into it. If you play a fair amount and get good equipment and balls your scores will be good and you will have fun. If you don't practice and have basic equipment and balls, then it becomes frustrating. I find it amusing when I see players on here who have been on here for a long period of time but do not put much into the game. Then they blame WGT for their woes. There are many tricks to virtual gold as there are in the real game. Knowing the course is a big factor to a better game also. Even though WGT sometimes has it's flaws in programming, you have to hand it to them for creating a game where you can play with others worldwide.
Bottom line is if you want a better game, put effort into it.
