    Mythanatos:
you could have finished them all and would have tiered up at the  same time.

It's absolutely true, not an opinion to be debated, simple fact.
    +100!

That said, I'm out of this discussion.

    Pdss1ear:
And this whole discussion is mute because wgt doesn’t adhere to the “old” published criteria for Torrington up anyway.  I was promoted from touring pro to master with an average above 68. So there’s that.
It ain't moot but only part of the deal. There may be a quote in this thread explaining that Ranked Rounds are only one way to tier up.

You probably did well and often enough in coin games - that's one other way.

Shows 72 ranked rounds, average is 58.9 but not bumping me to legend. Something seems off based on the criteria that people are posting. Anybody can help explain?

    Of these 72 RRs, 50 shouda been played as a Tour Master, after 5 + 10 + 20 + 25 + 40 in the inferior tiers.

Wait, that's a minimum of 100 rounds before even becoming TM - you don't match whatever is necessary.!  No other clue in your stats, so, no explanation.

OTOH, you may have come up to another, undetectable path like "mobile" games...

Hello, I have over1500 ranked rounds, at legend tier, and a 59.99 average. Have not advanced to next tier. Can anyone tell me why I have not advanced please.

Sorry, we can't, as the details of your scores aren't visible.

Do you know how many ranked scores you have since you became Legend?
