    I have plenty of credits, the items I am trying to purchase are in my tier, I also have tried different browsers. Every time I get to the buy now button and click it I get the error. Whats the deal? Support still hasn't contacted me back...

    The deal is probably because It's a 3-day holiday.

    Tier or Level? Most things on here are now sold by level not tier. What are you trying to buy and what error message are you getting? Posting something in community help without enough details won't get you much help. If we have enough details maybe we can help.

    And Apex meant that the support staff is probably off for the 3 day holiday weekend. That might be why you haven't heard from them.

    The error is the subject.... And I have clicked items available to me, they are balls that I usually always have equipped. I know they are my level/tier.
