A couple points.  You have in no way ever relayed what is happening as to why the sudden CHANGE in policy.

If no one at WGT has any idea what the criteria is, how are restrictions decided?  It is not addressed in the faq.  As it stands, restriction is totally random.

    Hi guys

I am no lawyer nor I play one on TV, so I have no idea about the intricacies of it, but I am just relaying what's happening... I have 0 control over it and same goes for our customer service department.

Finally, someone with an answer.  I sent my question to customer service and they answered,

"Thank you for reporting this matter. There are a few monthly tournaments that mistakenly excluded the three states that do not allow skill-based gaming. We apologize for the inconvenience and will work hard to ensure that the next months tournaments do not exclude the three states.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Regards,
    WGT Member Services"

So, there you have it, a glitch.

And how long does it take to get a response? I mean really. And then the wanna be helpful morons that robotically spew the remove this, purge that rhetoric don't make things any easier. With ALL the profits here you'd like to think they'd at least have a competent prompt individual to confirm and acknowledge when there is a "glitch"

So we can add in a black screen in the middle of playing that a pop up says," WGT not responding". And I have to eject off the site.

    The hits just keep coming.
