I've tried several different courses. Shot an Ace and several within 10 feet, but alas no "heartbeat" sound effect. All three of my speakers work and I get all other sound fx's. Has this stopped or do I have to get new speakers?

Just tried the Best of Putting and got the heartbeat with this ACE.

I'm almost positive it has to do with the celebration sounds in game settings/audio.

Turn your Music Volume back up under Menu >Game Settings > Audio
Do you hear this sound when the computer knows that you have hit the ball within 10 feet of the pin?

for putts, I believe it's inside 2.1ft for others 10ft... but as others have stated, it's likely has to do with sound options within the game.

This is how I have my audio set and hear the heartbeat just fine ... well when I'm in range ;-)
