    I am looking for help. Every time I log on an Adobe Flash player update comes on . I have downloaded it but now I can't log in to play a game and my friends list is also disabled. Suggestions?

    What browser are you using ? 

    try to install the flash 14 ,and then uninstall your browser,and reinstall it , worked for a few here (maxthon)

    Which OS?

    If not Windows, it may be a serious issue of intentional obsolescence.
