............I have contracted with an IT and Computer specialist to do what you(WGT) cannot or will not do. I have asked for assistance from everything from, meter trouble, cannot upload profile or CC pictures, unable to connect with supersonicads for weeks, costing me credits, slow screen changing, to shockwave flash continually crashing, and I could go on for hours........and every time the answer I get is clear my browser and cache, if indeed I get an answer at all.

Your new feedback questionaire is tooooooo little and much tooooooo late. You're only looking for the best answers, and for the most part, ignore the bad.

If we all clear our browsers and cache, will that also stop killing and famine, and make the world a better place?

Now at least I know that my computer will always be up to date, and my complete lack of computer knowledge will now not work against me.

I have always been a wgt staunch supporter. But for you at wgt, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Simply put, you now have 1 less member to have to tell, "We recommend clearing your cache and browser."

Mr Icon, we have always had a superior relationship and I only hope it will continue. If there is useful info for wgt, be assured that I will pass it on.

However, I will tell you this, he has already aided me in clearing up 2 nagging problems that I have been complaining about for months. Neither were my computers' fault and could have been found and fixed by any 3rd rate IT or computer tech. I find that both interesting and disheartening. I feel and have felt all along that wgt does have the capability of assisting in minor technical problems other than just cleaning and clearing.

Your words from your first post.

Now at least I know that my computer will always be up to date, and my complete lack of computer knowledge will now not work against me.

Let's make sure we all understand this.  Computer IT Tech working on YOUR machine has already fixed a couple of nagging problems.  But yet, you say there was nothing wrong with YOUR machine, hmmmmm.  Oh I see now, there was a problem with the internet or something bad on WGT servers.  UNLESS this IT Tech has just hacked into WGT servers or into one of the servers you hop through, THE PROBLEM WAS ON YOUR END.  As far as I know, the WGT program is not OPEN SOURCE.

Your side includes the computer you sit at, the wires inside your house, and all the way to the street.  From that point on, it's the internets problem, and I don't have a clue who to call to fix that.

Do you have a clue as to how many people cannot follow instructions, verbal or written.  Can you imagine the headache that would be caused if WGT tried to tell people really how to fix things?

Sorry nothing personal against you.  Do you have any idea how many posts are here about these same problems?

Yes Icon I would bet you are real curious as to what was found.

To all the nasty computer know it all wanna bes, I shall post no more. I'll do what is best for me, and only me. Someday, soon, when I'm proven right, and the bird of paradise has farted all over your hard-drive, do not come looking for answers. Go find someone else to laugh at and ridicule.

Cute wall post.  Just remember, I am not the one who opened mouth and inserted foot.  I am sure Fat liked his also.  I see that you know how to copy and paste, good job.  Much easier then doing all that typing over and over again.

I told you nothing personal against you, but I guess you took it otherwise.  Oh Well.

I never read the bold, italicized text until I read the other replies.

Bold, italicized text is often the hallmark of someone lacking a clue.

I too had a hardy laugh after reading - "However, I will tell you this, he has already aided me in clearing up 2 nagging problems that I have been complaining about for months. Neither were my computers' fault ...."
