  Tried doing one of their "special offers", completed it, but got no credits.  Then I reopen and it gives me the white screen, saying I can't do this offer.  I get the same screen on all TrialPay offers now.

  Is the site down, or did they quarantine me?  The only possible reason they could do that is that I don't use my same e-mail for WGT that I used on their one offer.

  I've done a trial pay offer for ladbrookes tonight, paid my £5.00.....no credits, not happy !!!!!!!!!

  Haven't tried any offers from them in a while but as far as using the different email, you're good..

  I would think so too.  I use different e-mails for stuff like that since all they'll do is spam my inbox.  Not about to use an important e-mail of mine.

  I'm just not able to figure out why they'd shut me out (if that's what it is).  I was asked to play Reward TV again through the offer website (which I've already done through my account).  The rest were just random surveys.  Supposedly when you reach 600 points through surveys and offers, you get a thousand credits.  Nope.  I got shut out of anything TrialPay instead.

  Oh yeah, that Reward TV deal got me too, I never did get payed anything for that. Matter of fact, I've been burned quite a few times.. that's why I stay away now. 

  The surveys have been frustrating lately too, several times I got screened out after I had finished the whole freaking survey.. instead of sending me to the Peanut Labs landing page to pay me, it tells me I've screened out.  grrrrr

  If Peanut shut me out, I wouldn't care.  I don't do much with them.  TrialPay is the source for all my freebies.  They're keeping me in the cheap balls I use now.

  You are going to have to contact the surveyor if the transaction was successful. With free offers WGT does not actually run this section, it is handled by our 3rd party partners. If you need the contact information the Customer Support team will be happy to assist with this. Typically the credits show up instantly but in some cases it may take up to 8 business days.
