When I stream a WGT game on twitch w/ my 2G laptop the CPU pegs at 100% so I need a good browser.

I like Comodo Dragon and Maxthon.

Then IE, then Chrome (which I don't use because for some reason the meter is not as good)

Results will vary.

When I made it in full screen mode, my meter went smooth. Use Maxthon Cloud.

I moved from IE10 to firefox a couple of weeks ago. zero stutters since.
