    Hi

I have just bought a new computer a Lenovo with windows 8.1

    Processor:   Intel(R) core(TM) i5-4460    CPU @ 3.20GHz    3.20 GHz

    Installeret hukommelse (RAM):   8,00 GB

    Systemtype:    64-bit operativsystem, x64-baseret processor

After that, my meter seems faster and more choppy. I have the latest flash and remember to clean up.

I am using OPERA as my default browser.

Anyone has some suggestions for the meter problem.

    Ty

Window 8 is the worst. Good luck getting it working well. If you do please post HOW.

try comodo dragon. also make sure you only have ONE flash player enabled. having 2 enabled wrecks havoc w meter.

I've been using Chrome for about 2 years now.

I have a smooth meter and few game issues, but I don't play the multi-player game types WGT has always had connection difficulties with.

Firefox version 3 and higher - Get the latest version here Preferred

Definitely depends on your preference. I use Google Chrome and have not had any troubles when playing the game. Many players use Chrome, Firefox, Maxthon, and there are a couple others.

in addition to clearing browser history,I go to settings,in whichever browser you're using and disable the pop-up blocker,or set exceptions allowing pop-ups if you're given that options.I list the following as exceptions;wgt.com( [*.]wgt.com,or http://wgt.com to cover the whole domain),ad.doubleclick.net( [*.]ad.doubleclick.net,or http://ad.doubleclick.net),googleads.g.doubleclick.net(same as others for whole domain),s.ytimg.com ,and media5.wgt.com.probably only need wgt.com for popups...but..then I set the settings for flash player by rightclicking on the "play now"button, and use the same 5 websites for global settings, allowing all 5 on storage by site and playback.on camara and mic even though I don't use them,I allow media5.wgt.com,just because it seems to want to(my imagination that it helps smooth things out?).On local flash settings be sure to allow media5.wgt.com 100k of storage.using the exceptions on the browser settings help load times while the flash player settings definately affect performance of the meter.if your meter is still somewhat choppy,I will go to developer options(tools)open the java console and debug the script, maybe do an audit while reloading the page.Chrome gives me fits on this game,so on the recomendation of a fellow player I installed Maxthon II browser,he stressed not I or III,and it works like a charm. Also Opera works well, and Waterfox by Mozilla Firefox works great.I did download Torch browser ,which is somehow connected with Chrome and it worked ten times better than chrome(I think I have Google-phobia)
