Re: lost creds in skins game

  played a skins game this morn 9 hole challenge bofh with 2 other players after 3rd hole game cancelled and could not rejoin kept getting wgt servers error after about 5 mins got into lobby and message reads match over will not count but creds are gone 300 to be exact !!!!! how can a player or players lose creds when match is cancelled by wgt this is not the 1st time I have now lost 1450 creds to this same error surely admin can reinstate creds if they notice the error was not the players fault PLEASE can u reply and let me know about this and what u intend to do please im tired of losing my creds I have purchased

  Jason, please go ahead and contact our Customer Support team. They will be able to assist you with the Skins error you experienced. Make sure to include the Skins IDs.
