  I have some friends on WGT that don't play anymore so I want to delete them from my profile.  However, when I "Remove friend" they still show up on my profile page.  Anyone know what's happening and if this can be fixed

  Did you refresh your profile page after you deleted them?

  hi

  best is to do so by going to your profile and then scrolling down. once you get to friend list., right click and open their profiles in a new tab and then remove 1 by 1. it may take time to sync, but it should work.

  thats what i did icon but 2 are still on my page but the one i removed was online at the time and hes gone any way to get them off my page and friends update list?

  been a few weeks also

  Thats what I do and in most cases it works fine.  But I have a few friends on my list I deleted months ago and tried numerous times to delete and they're still on there

  been a few weeks also 

  some of them may glitch up and may remain as ghosts. It doesn't happen often but happens. I think they will eventually clear up during a maintenance but that's only a guess.

  Nope, guess again ... still there after six months. The only way I found to delete them was to re-friend and delete, but that just seems rude. :-(

  ... and if they are no longer active, you have to live with the ghosts.

  I wouldn't mind the ghosts normally, but since there is a glitch that after 250 friends, the messaging doesn't work for new friends (another glitch that needs to be fixed), i don't want the "ghosts" to take up a friend slot.  I have a 228 member club and am friends with most of them.  That means I only have a few slots open for non-club friends before I hit the 250 friend mark.  Any chance wgt can fix the 250 friends glitch?

  How about adding another Tab just for CC Members?
