Hello duffer.
At this time we are not looking to make the CC Pass usable at the end of a game. We apologize for this inconvenience. Were you able to submit a Bug Report during or after the disconnection? You can also re-launch the game and submit a Bug Report detailing the issue you experienced.
To submit a report:
1. Right-click the screen while the game window is open.
2. Select the option "Submit this problem to WGT" on the menu displayed.
3. Describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.
Additionally what we have found so far is that the players that used a CC pass are still receiving the XP for their Country Club even though the Pass icon no longer appears next to the player's name.
