CC Passes

  Dear WGT please make the CC Pass usable at the end of the game . I have lost 4 of the last six passes because of WGT bugs that cause me to be disconnected from the game. Give me the option to use the Pass when the game is over. Why would I even consider buying a pass if I have a chance of losing it, I would buy them after the game is over knowing I will get full credit for the game played.

  Hello duffer.

  At this time we are not looking to make the CC Pass usable at the end of a game. We apologize for this inconvenience. Were you able to submit a Bug Report during or after the disconnection? You can also re-launch the game and submit a Bug Report detailing the issue you experienced.

  To submit a report: 

  1. Right-click the screen while the game window is open. 

  2. Select the option "Submit this problem to WGT" on the menu displayed.

  3. Describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.

  Additionally what we have found so far is that the players that used a CC pass are still receiving the XP for their Country Club even though the Pass icon no longer appears next to the player's name.

  I feel your pain,The same thing has happened to me several times, Someone had suggested to only use pass's during single player games instead of multi player games,

  About every time this has happened to me I was playing a multi player game and did not have the time to post a bug report without being penalized for the shot clock counting down to zero. And we all know how players feel about someone that takes too long taking their shot.

  Same thing and when I sent an email they gave me credit for the lousy $0.37 per pass. I did not get cc experience credit. It's a bug they need to correct.

  The person I was playing with today had to restart his game.

  As I was using a Pass, I was thinking i would lose it.    He restarted and my pass was still there.

  I had to restart a game yesterday and came back and Pass was still there too

  Maybe the problem has been fixed.
