    i played a hack tier and this was his club i didnt think this was possible

    Equipment is based on level not tier.  Also this looks like the free driver they get when signing up now.

    it is the starter driver but correct me if im wrong but isnt it only 230 yards?

    It's not the Starter driver but a Max Driver with better characteristics.
