    Hi,
I have recently begun playing WGT regularly after a long absence. Apparently my CC has pretty much died; I'm more or less the only active player and have basically gotten the club up to level 3 single-handedly. I would like to become an officer of the club so I can liven things up a bit - maybe do some recruiting and accepting of applications, but I'm guessing that happens through the club owner.
    So my questions are two-fold:
    1. How can I fill the vacant officer position without the owner's input (he hasn't been active in 2 years)?
    2. If that cannot be done, how can I get a message to him if he doesn't log into WGT?

    Thanks!

A sad position, but don't ride the dead horse.

ad 1a) Only the owner can assign officers,

1b) Officers have no function as of now, thus it's useless.

    2) With some luck, he will receive mail notice of PMs (if your are friends) or wall notes, and if he remembers his password, he might transfer ownership to you.

    3) I haven't heard of any WGT action in such situations...

Not being funny but why would you want to liven this CC up, it would appear that you are virtually the only active player, most of the members haven't played for 2 years or more, my advice would be to leave and join an active CC, there are plenty out there.

Thank for your replies! Yeah - jumping ship was last-resort option. Looks like I'll need to do that. We're not friends on here, so I posted something on his profile wall hoping that it will trigger an e-mail to him.

I'll give him a day or two before abandoning ship.

    Thanks again!

Not exactly jumping my friend, think you`ve been like a true captain, in all but rank, staying on till the end looking at clubs playing history.

On the plus side, you'd be winning all the CC tournies, if they ever got set up.
