Just asking how other clubs go about matching players up against other clubs trying to get a fair way of doing it without leaving the lower tier players out.

In our current CCvCC, we have matched players of the same tier, so we have 9 Tour Legends, 14 Legends, 1 Tour Master, and 1 Master, from each CC, playing against each other.

Yeah, tiers and then averages.  It's the quickest way to do it as well.

Example:  TL v. TL and 59.00 avg v. 59.00 avg.

    Legend v. Legend 63.50 avg v. 63.48(for example) avg.

    so on and so forth...

When we played Great Lake Elite (i think they no longer exist, idk..) they had a lot of TL but we wanted the match so we agreed to have some of our top end Legends move up a tier.

We just match like with like where possible. The higher tiers are always keener to play than the lower tiers though.
