Today I was playing a ReadyGo Tourney and on the last hole and my last tap-in for birdie the game module froze. I right clicked on the screen and submitted a bug report to WGT. I would like to know what to expect next. How long before I hear something from WGT? Will I be getting my credits refunded for the ReadyGo? Will my score be posted/recorded for the tourney? It is unacceptable if I lose out on both (the cost to play & a WD status).

we do not reply to bug reports. they go to engineers direct and while sometimes they ask me to ask for more info, that usually not the case.
