  Hi all!

  I try to finish my round in the Best of par 4 monthly, but I cannot play my last putt... Everytime I play, he disconnect and sy "we are sorry... close your window and try later"!!! I tried at least 10 times on a 2 hours period but always the same...

  Help! Please!

  you have to refresh and go back. i have been battling that for months now, every last putt it does that. Irritating? you bet

  Yes, I solve it by resigning... But I lost my CC pass and 1358 points for my CC...

  Mine freezes on the last putt. Yesterday with a pass, never saw the putt but it finished.

  Mine said unable to connect. I did get the cc points though. But this is happening a lot, and match play is aggravating to say the least.

  I clean my Cache, history and cookies regularly, so it`s not that

  Is it when you have clicked to release it?

  At this moment, before the club even moves down, the last calculations of the finished(!) game take place: ball's path to the hole, result, average, CDP, personal and CC's XPs, level, and so forth.

  It's realistic IMHO to think that something goes wrong in the program sometimes after the latest changes or update.

  Just had this happen in a ready go,cong back 9..100 credits,,tried refreshing but still didn't work and i  couldn't  get back to the tourney to finish,,looking at the Rg board it looks as tho it may have recorded my score (29) and let me finish not sure until ready go is filled up so i can see the closed tourney board,,if not I want my entry of $100 credits back and a ball for usage and frustration...I signed up for a few more ready goes that are pending my playing them but am afraid to attempt finishing them ,,,I don't want to have another $400 credits ripped if I can't finish the pending ready goes.....fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I had the same problem 2 weeks ago.

  Sadly couldn't finish a RGT in the time frame. 20  maybe 40 times tried to make a putt and the last time I didn't aim it correctly it let my putt go and it missed the hole and I "Rage Quit" in frustration as it cost me an 8 under at Whistler. ( Sent Screen Shots to Wgt )

  Thanks to WGT my credits were refunded to equal value of my finishing position and I thought the problem had been rectified as it hasn't happened again.

  I would have liked to show the Technicians the problem via Screen Sharing but the amount of time it took for them to get back to me had expired as I mentioned above I quit 10 minutes before the time on the Tournament expired and had  lost a whole day trying to finish a game.

  So I definitely  understand your frustration. Hope this " Glitch " is fixed soon.

  if this happens again, please be sure to right click on the game window and submit a detailed bug report. more the merrier as it will help us track it down.
