    Hi Friends,  This is Yancy.

On a few of me posts I have mentioned my privateable Par2 golf course. This is not chip and putt or miniature themed golf. Me and my friend Medford Mel have worked for 2 years shoring these holes up and we would like to offer it as a new course for the WGT and such. The 4 main holes are truly golf like with water, sand traps and greens with breaks.

The 5th and finishing hole is only playable when the neighbor is away as it consists of an elevated over a street and into a (my neighbors) garden bed lob wedge shot.

Me and my team of associatables would be willing to take the 32,000 images needed for each hole and get them right to the WGT staff.

Below is a video of Mel hitting from the white-wimp tees on #2. The green you see is winter greens ATM.

    Thanks - I am Yancy

Yancy... have you shared the existence of this course with the USGA?!   They may be interested in it for a future U.S. Open!  Especially with those slick greens.

    Hi DoubleMochaMan,

Great idea - however this is an extremely private golf club in a remote location. I might consider it - but they would have to butter us up pretty well. Gnome sayin?

Ah, I understand.  Your course is a little like Augusta National but a bit more private and secluded.  And it's tougher to become a member.

But oh, I can just picture it in the rotation with other courses on WGT.  Maybe Andyson can too???

Yes - it is in a super rural remote region. Cannot imagine a feller accidently walking into it. We have a small membership but a solid one. All 3 of us - 4 if you count CoosBayCarol who visits from now and agains.

Just installed one of those 15.00 electric 12" waterfall deals on the dogleg of hole #3 this afternoon. I run some ivy and scotch broom thru it so it looks more from the natures.

More photos and a fly-over are in the works - will be in 780p HD from now on too.

    Hi

If you or andyson can find my course - I will host a 2-day best ball tourney. Mostly.

Yancy... ever since I got lost, in the dark of early morning, on the outskirts of Valdosta, Georgia I have made it a habit to never look for anything in the deep woods of the south.
