WGT should also include MPCs won, career earnings, and other available stats to determine a players level, not just their average.  With the new system, Tour Masters have figured out if they just don't post an average below 62, they will never get promoted to Legend, continuing to encourage sandbagging.  The legend ball and a driver that goes 2 yards farther, don't make up the 3 to 4 hundred yards advantage they get off the tees, so there is no incentive for them to advance.

Why won't WGT address this issue, when such a disparity exist in fairness of play?

As for the "Legend Ball," completely pointless, I've noticed no Increase in distance and with the spin the same, a total waste of money. IMO  As for the New 280 yard driver, it's rated 2 yards farther but It really travels about 5-10 yards farther than the tri.  So to sum it up, neither items are great, but the driver will help in a year when everyones gets to level 80.
