    This is ridiculous, for two months now I have been trying to get an answer to my question regarding not being credited for certain awards, those are points I've earned.

    Still nothing with respect to an answer?

    Please address this issue, and award me the appropriate points I've earned.

    The impression I get is that they are broken and WGT don't know how to fix them. It's been going on for years.

    In addition, some have been dropped through this year and some have new, higher thresholds in effect. Somehow, these do not show in the awards list but only in the FAQs. Someone did only half of the work.

    Quite sure you got the points at the end of the round(s) you acquired them in (it usually tells you what points were awarded and for what) just not awarded the plaque.

    If you look here, you'll see that they changed the points some time ago, and when they did they broke it.

    You'll also find certain stats are not functioning for everyone either. Every time they try and fix one thing, something else malfunctions.

    As the others members have mentioned some of the Awards are not working properly at this time. I am not sure when this will be resolved but I do know they are investigating what is causing the issue.
